Exchange and Refund


1. We do not offer exchange or refund of orders except for incorrect orders or faulty products.

2. In the event that the product received is incorrect or faulty due to our oversight, please send us an email at hello@summerolive.com within 2 days of receipt for verification. Kindly provide us with images of the incorrect/faulty products along with your order number.

3. For incorrect orders, products received shall be mailed back to us in their original condition, unworn along with the original packaging. Shipping fee incurred shall be reimbursed by us and the correct products will be shipped within 3 working days upon receipt of returned goods. In the event that the correct item is no longer in stock, a refund will be made.

4. For faulty products, once verified, we will contact you for the refund proceedings. Faulty products here are defined as products being malfunction of its purpose and Summer Olive Collection is not liable for any damage caused by handling of parcel by the courier company.

5. Summer Olive Collection reserves the right to deny any return if the above mentioned conditions are not met.
